AMG AI Ads (“we”, “us”) is operated by AMG (gotoamg.com), reachable at info@gotoamg.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use ads.amgaiagent.com and what we do with it — in plain English.
Your account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash), your workspace and team information, the content you create (prompts, captions, artwork), your posting history and schedules, campaign settings, and your subscription/plan status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
When you connect a social account (for example a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account), the platform asks for your permission on its own consent screen, then gives us a limited access token. We store that token and use it for exactly one thing: publishing the posts you tell us to publish and reading their basic performance. We never post without your explicit action, never read your private messages, and never sell your data. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page, which invalidates our access.
The text you type into the creation wizard is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate headlines and captions. It is not used to train models and is handled under our provider's commercial data terms.
We don't sell personal data. We don't show third-party ads. We don't share your data with anyone except the service providers needed to run the product (hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI, and the social platforms you explicitly connect).
You can delete content and posts in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data — including stored social access tokens — email info@gotoamg.com from your account email and we'll complete it within 30 days. Disconnecting a social account in the app removes its token immediately.
Data is stored on secured infrastructure, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access tokens are kept only while a connection is active. We keep account data for as long as your account exists and delete it on request as described above.
