AMG AI Ads (ads.amgaiagent.com) helps you create content with AI and publish it to social media platforms you connect. It is operated by AMG (gotoamg.com). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You own the content you create. Because you review and approve every post before it publishes, you are responsible for what you publish — including complying with each social platform's rules and any advertising laws that apply to your business. Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Connecting a social account grants us limited permission to publish on your behalf, only when you initiate it. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms (e.g. Meta's Platform Terms).
Paid plans renew monthly and are charged through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle where required. Plan limits (creations, seats, platforms) are described on the pricing page.
AI-generated content can be imperfect. Review everything before publishing — we provide the tools, you make the call. We don't guarantee specific results from posts or boosted campaigns.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
